Our vins de pays (IGP)

In the late 60’s, producers focused on specific productions, apart from the AOPs. ‘Vin de Pays’ were born. From 2009, they are now called IGP (‘indication Geographique Protegee’) once The European Union has officially recognised this category. They come from geographical areas having geological and climate homogenous characteristics. The production process must follow strict specifications and is controlled at each stage, such as :  maximum yields, minimum alcoholic degrees, grape varietals, analysis.
